Welcome to the CTS Managed Carrier Support Services. CTS’s Managed Carrier Support is a robust and easy-to-use customer self-service website. The CTS Managed Carrier Support contains a detailed step by step process to follow for opening a trouble ticket. This service is available for all CTS clients in WholeNet and or who ordered their XO Communications or EarthLink Business (formerly One Communications) circuits through Corporate Telephone Services. Please begin below:
Confirm you are a WholeNet member or ordered your XO or EarthLink Business circuits through CTS
- Call CTS @ 617-307-93, you will be placed in the Carrier Support Group
*Please have a description of trouble and sample trouble calls if available
- CTS will place your call to the proper Carrier, become the contact and maintain communication between the carrier and customer. Customer will receive the Carrier trouble ticket by email. Customer will receive verbal and email updates as to status of ticket.
- CTS will escalate trouble ticket within two (2) hours of submittal with Carrier and maintain status updates to customer via email and phone.
- If credits are due to the customer due to outage, CTS will follow up with carrier to expedite. Customer must be aware these credits take 3-5 months to appear on invoice.
It is imperative that CTS open the Carrier trouble ticket so that tickets may be expedited to CTS Carrier Team for quicker response resolution. In addition, all tickets must be kept in customer files for future reference.
